Private Lessons

Bass Guitar

Bass guitar is the foundation of any rhythm section. I began my musical journey on bass guitar, and fell in love with the low end of the sonic space. I have experience playing in jazz and big bands, as well as church and worship settings. In my bass guitar lessons, we will learn the fundamentals of bass, and build skills necessary to play in any setting.

Piano

Any musician worth their salt can sit down at a piano and at least hold their own. I fell in love with the piano in high school, and have had the opportunity to play in churches across south Mississippi. As well as teaching traditional piano skills, I also teach what I call "functional" piano skills, such as building chords, harmonies, and reading charts.

Trumpet

I have been playing trumpet for more than 15 years. With experience in concert bands, jazz and big bands, and solo performances, I have a wide range in my trumpet playing. With my private trumpet lessons, my goal is to create well rounded players who can thrive in any situation.
